Dagmar Rohde – About me

I founded my company in 2016 starting from zero (just a notebook and a phone) and have established a wonderful network of customers till now having developed skills as a sales professional, leadership coach, communication trainer and speaker in several companies.

I am a cosmopolitan, who could gather 15 years of experience knowing and leading people in luxury hotels, a. o. at Regent Seven Seas Cruises also in several 5 star hotels in St. Moritz, Hertfordshire, Berlin and also in Relais & Chateau Ressorts. After this period I have worked for 10 years as an Executive Search Consultant (active sourcing, profiling, assessment centers, interviews and presentations) for Amrop Hever/Delta Management Consultants, for Mentis Personalconsult, SAM Headhunting and PT Personalconsult searching and positioning specialists in IT, Health, Trade and other industries. I became a communication trainer, business coach, German teacher, process manager and soloprenneur.
